Honey Sriracha Glazed Pork Chops with Stir Fried Veggies

Honey Sriracha Glazed Pork Chops

Honey Sriracha Glazed Pork Chops with Stir Fried Veggies - a little spicy, a little sweet, and so much flavor in this easy one-pan recipe that is ready in just 30 minutes!

Honey Sriracha Glazed Pork Chops

We've been on a pork chop kick lately (see pineapple pork chops, maple glazed pork chops), we are LOVING the sweet and savory sauces and glazes that go so well with perfectly browned pork chops.

Well, here is a one-pan recipe for pork chops with veggies. This is essentially a complete dinner all in one recipe... unless you want to add a little bit of rice on the side.

It has a lovely sweet flavor from the honey and a nice kick from the sriracha. If you're into that sort of thing, you're going to LOVE these!

Honey Sriracha Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients for honey sriracha pork chops with veggies:

My favorite part about this recipe (aside from the flavor) is how short and easy the ingredients list is:

For the honey sriracha glaze:

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil (this adds a lot of flavor!)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoons sriracha (or use less if you're worried about spice)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (from about ½ or 1 small lime)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (a must!)
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and minced

Note: This makes a light glaze for the pork chops. If you prefer more glaze, double the glaze recipe. If you prefer a saucier pork chop, add a splash of soy sauce to the honey sriracha glaze.

For the pork chops and veggies:

  • 4 pork chops (bone in or boneless)
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • ½ lb snow peas (about 3-4 cups)
  • 2 large bell peppers (seeds removed and diced into thin strips)
  • Optional garnish: toasted sesame seeds, chopped scallions, or fresh cilantro

Let's cook!

Step 1: Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.

Step 2: Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat a large pan and add a tablespoon of sesame oil. Cook the pork chops over high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Add ½ of the sauce and reduce the heat.

Step 3: Continue to cook, basting regularly with the glaze until the pork chops are fully cooked. If your pork chops are thicker than 1 inch, cover with a lid while cooking to ensure they are cooked through without burning the glaze. Remove the pork chops to a separate plate and allow them to rest while you prepare the veggies.

Step 4: Add the snow peas and bell peppers to the same pan along with the rest of the glaze. Stir fry for 2-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are done to your liking. I like them crisp, so 2 minutes was enough for me!

Serve the veggies on the side with the pork chops, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds, scallions, or cilantro.

This was an amazing dish!

My grocery did not have snow peas, so I bought some spinach. I also added mushrooms and yellow summer squash., in addition to the red and orange pepper that I used. It really made it a one dish meal! The flavor what real depth to it.

This recipe is a keeper.

Hi Marie, thanks so much for stopping by and leaving a comment! I'm so glad you liked the recipe. I love how you added so many veggies to the dish, that's how I do most of my cooking too. If your store ever does have snow peas, try this again with snow peas (or add them to any stir fry) - they are so crispy and add a great texture.
