Easy cinnamon pretzels
As much fun as it is to bake from scratch, sometimes I want an EASY dessert that has all the warm and cozy flavors of a baked dessert. That's where these awesome soft pretzel bites come in. You will start with frozen packaged soft pretzels, air fry them for 3 minutes, brush them with butter, coat them in cinnamon sugar, and VOILA! Done!
Soft, buttery, pretzels with the goodness of crunchy cinnamon sugar in every bite. They practically melt in your mouth, and the sweet & savory flavor combination is just amazing.
Dip them into chocolate sauce, and you've got the best quick and easy dessert.

Ingredients
- 4 soft pretzel sticks (still frozen, do not thaw before cooking)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (you can melt the butter while the pretzels are in the air fryer)
- ½ cup brown sugar (you can also use store-bought cinnamon sugar instead of the two sugars and cinnamon)
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- Chocolate sauce, for dipping

Equipment
- Air fryer
- Pastry brush or silicone brush
- Microwave-safe bowl to melt the butter
- Small bowl for making cinnamon sugar

Air fryer soft pretzels
Place the frozen pretzel sticks in the air fryer. Air fry at 320F for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in the microwave in 15-30 second increments.
After 2 minutes in the air fryer, cut the pretzel sticks into 1-2 inch pieces. Brush the melted butter onto the pretzel pieces.

Air fry at 320F for another 1 minute.

While the pretzels are in the air fryer, mix together the brown sugar, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Dust each pretzel bite with the cinnamon mixture as soon as they come out of the air fryer, taking care not to burn your hands.

Enjoy warm, dipping into chocolate sauce.
