Seasonal Fall Menu at Bonefish Grill

Aldo and I recently went back to Bonefish Grill to get a taste of their Seasonal Fall menu. We both love seafood, so Bonefish Grill is one of our favorite restaurants for fresh seafood. I was already excited about our date night dinner, but when Tilson PR mentioned that Bonefish Grill had a Fall Apple Martini and Pumpkin Creme Brulee, I almost lost my mind from the excitement!

We started our dinner with the Bang Bang Shrimp. Every time we go to Bonefish Grill I tell myself that I will try a different appetizer, but every time we get there I cannot help but order the Bang Bang Shrimp. The bite sized shrimp are just so perfectly crispy and tender, spicy and delicious. So good, and so addicting! Plus the portions are so big that we always have enough to take home for the next day (or a midnight snack!).

The bread and pesto oil dip that they bring out is not half bad either. 😉 The bread, Bang Bang Shrimp, and the Fall Apple Martini that Aldo ordered were definitely a great start. The Fall Apple Martini tasted just like cinnamony apple cider, it was SO good that you can easily forget there is alcohol in it! But we haven't even gotten to our main course yet...

We decided to order off the Dine & Discover Menu that was just debuted at Bonefish Grill, which means that for $50 we got the Bang Bang Shrimp, two entrees, and a dessert to share.

Aldo ordered the Cedar Plank Bourbon Salmon, which was part of the Seasonal Fall Menu, and I had the Crab Crusted Fresh Cod. I had a hard time deciding between the Swordfish with Pumpkin Ravioli and the Cod. Since I had Swordfish with Butternut Squash ravioli when we went to Bonefish Grill before, I went with the Crab Crusted Fresh Cod this time. I did not regret my choice... We're talking about flaky, delicious cod that has crab meat and Parmesan in the crust,  and then topped with lump crab meat, all swimming around in a delicious buttery sauce. Oh my my.

Aldo's Bourbon Salmon was also pretty amazing - perfectly cooked salmon sitting on an individual cedar plank and topped with a delicious glaze. So good!

We had to force ourselves to stop halfway through our meals to make sure we had room for dessert (we took the rest to go). I've been dreaming about the Pumpkin Creme Brulee since I heard about it. We got one order to share, although honestly, I regretted the whole concept of sharing once I tried my first spoonful. It was SO SO GOOD.

I love everything pumpkin, but only if it has actual pumpkin in it, not just the spices or weird chemicals. And this creme brulee was pumpkin perfection. So smooth, creamy, and pumpkin-y, with just the right touch of spices without being overpowering. I could have easily eaten the whole huge dessert by myself, whipped cream and all!

I don't know if you can tell but we had an amazing dinner at Bonefish Grill, as always! If you haven't been to Bonefish Grill in a while, go check out the Seasonal Fall menu and see if you will find something you'll love on the Dine & Discover menu! 😉 And if you're going to go, definitely go now and get the Pumpkin Creme Brulee while it is still on the menu!

Thanks, Tilson PR, for the opportunity to try out these amazing dishes!

My only "complaint" is that the restaurant had a great romantic ambiance and was dimly lit, which made it impossible to take good pictures! 😉

You're making me hungry! I don't think we have that place here in Canada. I've heard of it, but I've never been. Maybe when I'm in the States next...
