Have you ever felt stressed because there is just not enough time to meal plan, find recipes, write grocery lists, go grocery shopping, and cook after a long day at work?

Do you sometimes get stuck in a Pinterest or Google black hole when searching for recipes? Opening a dozen recipes, not knowing which website to trust, and wasting hours every week trying to figure out what to make for dinner?

For me, this often results in giving up and ordering take out, or preparing a so-so meal that I barely enjoy because I’m stressed, hangry, and rushing. Yea, it happens to food bloggers too.prepear app graphic

I recently found an app that I fell in love with that takes all the stress out of meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking.

I’ve been recommending it to all my busy friends and wanted to share it with my blog readers as well.

It’s called Prepear

Prepear – the Best Meal Planning App

The Prepear app lets you search tried and true recipes from trusted, vetted food bloggers. You can filter by food allergies, dietary needs, meal type, cuisine, cooking skill level, or how much time you have.

And ready for the best part??

Just drag and drop the recipes into your own meal plan, add the ingredients to a grocery list, and schedule grocery delivery or pickup from a local grocery store. The Grocery List feature automatically sorts the groceries by category so you can finish your grocery shopping quickly if you decide to do it yourself.

Imagine if you could create a meal plan for a whole week, complete with scheduling grocery pickup, in just 10 minutes. Or if you could choose a pre-planned meal plan based on your dietary preferences and family size without getting lost in too many search results on Google and Pinterest. How much would your life change?

Imagine what your life would look like if you had access to hundreds of meal plans. Imagine if you didn’t stress daily over not having enough time to plan your meals and go grocery shopping, and could save hours on meal planning every week.

How much would that be worth? $30 per month? $20?

Prepear is free to use to find thousands of recipes and create your own meal plans. You can upgrade to the Gold plan for just $9.99 per month to get access to all the pre-planned meal plans, or try the Gold plan free for 30 days and get started with pre-planned meal plans immediately.

(Actually, I went ahead and upgraded to the Gold plan myself right off the bat. It’s phenomenal.)

Prepear can be used on your computer or laptop, so you don’t even have to download an app. Or you can download the app on your phone (iPhone and Android) and it will seamlessly sync with your Prepear account on your computer.

You can follow your favorite food bloggers, or invite your friends to use Prepear and see what they are cooking up.

How to Use Prepear:

Here is a quick video I made showing you how to use Prepear to find recipes, create meal plans, find meal plans, make a grocery list, order groceries, and how easy it is to cook with the app on your phone, tablet, OR desktop thanks to its clean, ad-free experience:

Super cool, right?

Now that you know about Prepear, one of three things will happen:

  1. You decide you don’t need it and keep doing what you’re doing now: realizing that it’s 5pm, not knowing what you are cooking for dinner, and scrambling to make a quick meal for your family.
  2. You give Prepear a try and don’t love it, and delete it from your phone or never use the website again.
  3. You try Prepear and never have to stress about what you’re making for dinner tomorrow. You’ll be able to get groceries delivered (or have them picked up) so you are ready to cook quick, healthy meals in time for dinner.

I’m telling you, Prepear is a lifesaver for busy people who want to cook more at home. Give it a try for free, you’ll love it!
