Wow amazing infograph! Also try mahleb and Chios mastic, ground, in desserts! They add a very distinct flavor to custards, puddings and breads. The smell will remind you a bit of the beautiful smell of the pines, but it's milder and sweeter. We wish you have an amazing time in the Balkans guys! Have a great week ahead! xoxoxo
