This easy Creamy Roasted Garlic Dip is ready in 5 minutes without turning on the oven! This creamy dip is gluten-free, low-carb, keto, and absolutely delicious!
1tablespoonBetter Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
½cupsour cream(full fat or low-fat, your choice)
½cupPlain Greek yogurt(fat-free, or low-fat, your choice)
½cupMayo
1Scalliondiced
2-3teaspoonsLemon juice(from about ½ lemon)
¼teaspoonDried thyme(¼ teaspoon), pepper (¼ teaspoon), and salt (optional, to taste)
¼teaspoonGround black pepper
Saltoptional, to taste
Raw veggies, crackers, chips for serving
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients from the Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base through the thyme and pepper. Taste it and stir in a pinch of salt, if needed. Serve immediately or chill for up to 24 hours before serving.
