1jar of your favorite pizza sauce - you'll only need about ½ to 1 cup for the pizza, but feel free to use a little more because the thick garlic bread. And don't forget extra sauce for dipping the pizza!
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
20pepperoni slicesor more if you like
Instructions
Let the garlic bread thaw just enough to separate it into the two halves. If you need to, use a fork to separate the halves. Place the garlic bread halves on a baking sheet cut side up.
Add the pizza sauce. Remember that the bread is going to absorb some of the sauce, so make it as saucy as your heart desires!
Add mozzarella cheese. Top with pepperoni (or any other toppings) and a little more mozzarella.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese melted and the garlic bread is fully heated through. Tip: while the pizza is baking, heat up some pizza sauce for dipping the pizza into.
Garnish with herbs, red pepper flakes, or Italian seasoning. Slice and enjoy!
