Try the amazing Mocha Dalgona Coffee. You will absolutely LOVE this chocolate whipped coffee, which can be served over ice, over steamed milk, or with just a bit of steamed milk foam. SO GOOD.
Combine all the ingredients in a heat-proof mason jar, bottle, or tall mug. Use one beater of an electric mixer to whisk the mixture for 3-5 minutes, or until firm peaks form and the mocha dalgona coffee is frothy and fluffy.
Spoon over steamed milk or cold milk (see notes).
Notes
To serve, you can spoon the whipped coffee over some steamed milk (anywhere from ~1 oz for a small coffee to ~6-8 oz for a mocha latte), or spoon over cold milk on ice for an iced whipped coffee.You can use any kind of milk - cow's milk or a plant-based milk alternative.
