In a small bowl, mix together the salt and sriracha. Allow to dry on the counter top for at least 24 hours, stirring every few hours to keep the sea salt flaky. You may cover the Sriracha finishing salt loosely with a paper towel while drying. to keep dust out. Store in an airtight container.
For humid climates:
Preheat oven to 175F-200F. Spread the salt on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175-200F for 10-15 minutes, or until the salt is dry. Allow to cool before storing to prevent lumping.

You can make as much or as little of this Sriracha Finishing Salt as you want - just use a ratio of 4 to 1 of salt to liquid.
