These Chili Lime Swai Fillets are full of flavor and are ready in only 10 minutes. This recipe makes for a great easy dinner, or can be used for fish tacos. This recipe would work just as well with tilapia!
Season the tops of the swai fillets with salt and pepper, and then with about a half a tablespoon chili powder each. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and place the swai fillet into the oil seasoned side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Season the other side while the swai cooks. Carefully flip the swai fillets and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until fully cooked. Squeeze a lime wedge over each swai fillet.
Notes
You can easily substitute tilapia or your favorite white fish in this recipe!
