Notes
→ Use 2 lbs of meatballs for saucier meatballs, or up to 3 lbs if you don't want extra sauce (or increase the sauce amount)→ For homemade meatballs, no need to cook them if they're fresh and hot. Otherwise, heat up the meatballs and mix with the sauce. Take care not to break the homemade meatballs, they're generally more fragile than frozen meatballs.→ Try adding a teaspoon of red chili paste or sriracha to the sauce mixture for a kick of spice!→ Try this with other flavor preserves: pineapple, apricot, and mango would be great! Blueberry or cherry might be an interesting option too.→ Serve these for dinner: Spoon over rice with some steamed or sauteed mixed veggies or broccoli. Try adding a splash of soy sauce to the peach and BBQ sauce mixture and use that as a sauce over the veggies or as the stir fry sauce.→ The nutrition facts are estimated assuming 2 lb of meatballs for 10 generous appetizer servings, and will depend on the actual ingredients and type of meatballs used. Cook time is estimated for the stovetop method.
