TikTok Watermelon Fries with Strawberry Yogurt Dip
Just 10-15 minutes to put together this healthy summer dessert! These crinkle cut watermelon fries are a great way to get kids (and yourself!) to eat more fruit and stay hydrated.
Slice the watermelon in half. Then cut it into circles about ½-inch wide.
Use the crinkle cutter to slice fry-size sticks of watermelon. You can cut off the rind later. Tip: take care not to accidentally keep making the fries bigger as you keep cutting, try to make them all the same size.
In a blender, combine the yogurt and strawberries and blend until smooth. Give it a taste and add honey to taste, blending it in.
Arrange the watermelon fries on a plate or platter, and serve with the yogurt dip. Enjoy!

→ You can dip other fruit into the yogurt dip. Try strawberries, bananas, sliced apples, or even graham crackers or vanilla wafers.→ Add a little tajin seasoning to your watermelon fries, or some chili powder. The sweet & spicy combo is pretty fantastic! I also know people who sprinkle salt on watermelon.→ Drizzle the watermelon with some strawberry syrup before serving.→ Make it vegan: Use plant-based vanilla yogurt and agave syrup instead of honey.
